His Wounds doesn't operate with pre-orders.
Everything that is up for sale is ready to ship!

COMBINING ORDERS

In case of multiple orders (within a logical timeframe) we always combine your orders and refund the excess shipping costs. 
If you want to make an order to reserve an item and then add more items in the future leave a note

POSTAGE

All orders are always shipped with registered shipping 

Orders will be shipped within one-two weeks (after a new batch the workload is too much so some patience is needed) after being placed.

Due to unforeseen circumstances this might change so if you haven't received a Bigcartel notification with a tracking number within that timeframe feel free to contact us

DAMAGES & REFUNDS

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

When sending records there is always a chance of bends or creases.

If you have received a damaged item you can always contact us via e-mail and we will try to replace them if possible
